Welcome to the Minot State University Veterans Upward Bound Program 

Mission Statement:

   To Provide academic and supportive services to low-income, first-generation veterans who have the potential for academic development and the need for Veterans Upward Bound Project services.  The purpose of this project is to provide educational and supportive services maximizing participant's chances for completion of high school equivalency requirements, achieve post-secondary readiness, enroll in a post-secondary institution, or complete post-secondary education.

    We are located in Room 109 of Dakota Hall on the MSU campus.  Stop in any time for information about our program.  Our hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
